I am a therapist who integrates mind–body healing with evidence-based mental health care. My approach combines mindfulness, somatic practices, and cognitive therapeutic frameworks to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. I also integrate yoga and meditation principles into the work when appropriate, helping clients cultivate a deeper sense of presence, balance, and inner stability.
I offer a space that is intentionally inclusive, supportive, and welcoming—one where every person is met with respect, curiosity, and compassion. I believe healing happens when you feel safe to show up as your full, authentic self, and my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom.
